I believe it’s important to make sure we’re a good fit and that telehealth feels like the right option for you. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute telehealth consultation, which we can schedule at your convenience. It’s a great chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how we might work together.
Initial Session/Intake
The first session, typically runs about 60-75 minutes in length. This is an information-gathering session that allows me to understand your needs and for us to develop goals that you would like to focus on in our sessions.
Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling sessions are 50-60 minutes in length. I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, OCD, phobias, substance-related challenges, and women’s issues—including trauma, relationships, and self-esteem. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and guided by a person-centered, holistic framework that considers the whole person—mind, body, and environment. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll build practical coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness and self-esteem, and break unhelpful patterns. Every session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, with the aim of empowering you to live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Clinical Supervision for LPCA and ADC in process
I provide clinical supervision for those seeking their LPC licensure as well as those seeking their ADC Certification.
Supervision services are rooted in a supportive, strengths-based approach that fosters professional growth, ethical practice, and clinical competence. Supervision sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and learning styles, while aligning with the standards set by state licensing boards.
